CGV — TERMS OF SALE

Article 1 — Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Architeuthis Studio (SIRET: 891 917 304 00026), with registered office at 46 route de la Mazurie, 50740 CAROLLES, France, and any customer wishing to make a purchase on architeuthis-studio.com.

Article 2 — Products Architeuthis Studio offers for sale reproductions of original artworks (physical products). Photographs and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, without however binding the seller.

Article 3 — Prices Prices are listed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Architeuthis Studio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is the one in force at the time of its validation.

Article 4 — Orders Validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these GTC. Architeuthis Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute exists regarding payment of a previous order.

Article 5 — Payment Payment for purchases is made by credit card or PayPal. Payment is secure. The customer's banking data is not retained by Architeuthis Studio.

Article 6 — Delivery Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is available in France, the European Union and internationally. In the event of a delivery delay attributable to the carrier, Architeuthis Studio cannot be held liable.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons or pay any penalties. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and items must be returned in their original condition.

Article 8 — Returns and Refunds Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, Architeuthis Studio will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products, via the payment method used at the time of the order.

Article 9 — Liability Architeuthis Studio shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products. Architeuthis Studio's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

Article 10 — Intellectual Property All artworks reproduced and sold on architeuthis-studio.com are the exclusive intellectual property of FLEURY Rolf. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Article 11 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The customer may also resort to consumer mediation. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 — Applicable Law These GTC are governed by French law.
